1 Strict 18+ Age Restriction

True Match does not allow individuals under 18 years of age to access, register, or browse our mobile apps or web platform. During account creation:

• Every user must input a verifiable date of birth confirming they are 18 years of age or older.
• Our selfie verification technology flags faces that appear under legal age for immediate human review.
• If an account is created using falsified age credentials, the account will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

2 Absolute Prohibition of CSAM & CSAE

True Match strictly forbids any text, image, video, audio, or link depicting, promoting, or facilitating:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
• Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking of minors.
• Any non-consensual imagery or sexualization involving individuals under 18.

There are no exceptions. Any violation results in immediate, permanent banishment and referral to national and international criminal law enforcement agencies.

3 Detection, Technology & Moderation Protocols

We take active, systematic measures to prevent and eradicate prohibited content:

• Automated Screening: Images uploaded to profiles and chat are run through automated perceptual hashing and content-classification filters to identify prohibited media before or immediately upon transmission.
• Trained Moderation Specialists: Any user reports alleging underage users or suspicious conduct are routed to a high-priority moderation queue for immediate inspection.
• Device & Credential Blacklisting: Confirmed violators have their device UUIDs, phone numbers, and IP ranges permanently blacklisted.

4 Mandatory Reporting to Legal Authorities

In full compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, and international child protection treaties:

• True Match reports all instances of CSAM/CSAE directly to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and relevant law enforcement departments.
• Where applicable, reports are filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• We preserve system audit logs and fully cooperate with subpoenas and police investigations.

5 Guidance & Tools for Parents & Guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and suspect your underage child has created an account on True Match, please contact our child safety desk immediately:

• Email us with the subject "URGENT: Underage Account Report" at childsafety@gettruematch.com.
• Provide any details you have (the child's name, phone number, email address, or screenshot of the profile).
• We will conduct an emergency review and take down the profile without delay.
