• Media Uploads: Profile photos and optional selfie pictures for profile verification.
• Chat Messages: Messages sent and received in conversations with matches.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
• App Usage & Activity: Profile swipes, mutual likes, visitor events, and timestamp of logins.
• Location Data: Approximate city-level location or GPS coordinates (only when explicit location permissions are granted on your mobile device).

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Smart Matching: Recommending compatible profiles based on distance, age preferences, mutual lifestyle choices, and relationship intentions.
• Facilitating Communication: Enabling real-time chat, instant notifications, and contact number requests.
• Safety & Verification: Detecting duplicate accounts, spotting spam bots, and verifying genuine member identities.
• Support & Transactions: Assisting you through customer support and verifying premium subscriptions or coin balances.

• Payment Processors: Authorized payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Google Play, Apple App Store) to process digital transactions securely. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers.
• Legal & Compliance Authorities: When required by Indian law, court subpoenas, or emergency requests concerning child safety or immediate physical harm.

7 Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full autonomy over your data:

• Edit Information: You can edit your photos, bio, interests, and preferences directly in the app.
• Privacy Toggles: You can pause your profile from appearing in the Discover card stack.
• Permanent Deletion: You may request full account and data deletion in App Settings or by emailing support@gettruematch.com. Upon confirmation, your profile, likes, and chats are permanently erased.

8 Strict Minors Policy (18+)

True Match is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor is deleted immediately. Please read our dedicated Child Safety Policy.
